Update: Audio Player 1.2.2
Another day, another update. 1.2.2 fixes a bug with the “replace all mp3 links” option (again!). If you were using uppercase tags or attributes, the links were not being replaced. Download the update or use the Upgrade wizard if you already have version 1.2! Thanks go to Ken Sun for reporting it.

I am using your player via the Podpress plugin on Wordpress. It is great. One request I have from some listeners is to show the podcast total time length, so they know how much of the podcast is left to play.
Thanks,
Kevin

Mota: I checked your site and some very strange things happen when the player starts buffering the mp3 file in Firefox. In IE, the file just doesn’t start. My guess is that the web server serving the file is doing some strange redirecting or something. Sorry I can’t help you more but it doesn’t look like it’s the plugin’s fault.

Hi! I am setting up my first blog (Wordpress 2), and I wanted to implement you audio player plugin. However, it doesn’t work. It just fails to show up in the postings. I am pretty sure that I have installed it correctly, and that the MP3 file is in the right location. Any chance you take a peek at http://wortvogel.de/?p=40 , and give me you two cents? Best, Torsten

You got it Michael. I mention the chipmunk effect in the docs: http://www.1pixelout.net/code/...../#chipmunk

Right - found that one myself. It’s the Chipmunk effect. The problem resides in the flash player. The Flash player has a problem with playback of sound files with any other encoding than rates of a multiple of 11.025 kHz. So I guess I try using 22.050 kHz or 44.100 kHz instead.
